What size are your flower
walls?
A standard flower wall is 2.4m high x 2.4m wide, perfect for the gram! We offer larger sizes subject to availability. If you have bespoke measurements in mind for your wall to suit your venue, our walls are easily adapted.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of the UK and delivery charges will apply to cover mileage costs to your venue. Get in touch to check delivery charges to your venue address.
How do I book?
Just drop us a message with the wall you would like, date and venue to info@thebackdropboutique.co.uk and we’ll send you over an invoice.
Please note, your booking is only secured once your deposit has been received. Sadly due to demand, we can not hold your date for you. Therefore, we advise prompt payment for your deposit to avoid disappointment.
Where should I choose to put my flower wall in my venue?
Pick somewhere your guests have plenty of space to pose and take pictures. The walls are best suited to being against a solid wall as opposed to a window. For weddings, many couples choose to have their ceremonies in front of our walls, or use the wall as a backdrop for the cake cutting. Our walls are well-suited to being used with selfie pods or a DIY photobooth for your guests and create your own wedding hashtag!
Can I add a sign to a flower wall?
Absolutely. We have a small range of signs that can be added to your wall, or you are welcome to source your own. Please bear in mind that the signs need to be somewhat lightweight and able to be attached using cable ties. If you would like more information on this, please get in touch.
How do you install your flower walls?
All of our walls are installed on freestanding frames with weighted base plates. As the walls are completely freestanding, there is no need for fixings into venue walls and floors. Please ensure the floor is level.
Are you insured?
We carry full Public Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000 as required by many of the London venues we have worked with.
Are your light letters PAT tested?
All out light letters are PAT tested. We can provide copies of testing certification to your venue, along with our insurance.
Can I hire your flower walls or blossom trees outside?
Our flower walls and blossom trees are designed for indoor use only.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking with us, please notify us at your earliest convenience. Please note: hire deposits are non-refundable.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We take advance bookings for events planned for some time away, such as weddings, but we do also take last minute bookings. Although we can't reserve hire items without a booking deposit, we can give you an idea on availability for your date.
